Marché

Terms of Use

Last updated 23 August 2026

Marché is a grocery list app for iPhone. You pay once, you own it, and there is nothing else to agree to.

The licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Marché on the Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app.

Trial and payment

Marché is free to download and free to use for seven days, starting the first time you open it. Nothing is charged automatically and no payment details are taken during the trial — there is nothing to cancel.

After seven days, unlocking the app is a single purchase of $4.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency, as set by the App Store). It is not a subscription. It does not renew, and there is no second charge. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so it applies on every device you use with that account, and Restore Purchase brings it back after a reinstall.

Your lists

Your lists are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. We have no access to them and cannot recover them for you — including if you delete the app or sign out of iCloud.

Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. We cannot issue refunds directly, but if something is broken, write to us and we will try to fix it.

No warranty

Marché is provided as is. We do our best to make it correct and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for anything you forgot to buy.

Changes

These terms may change as the app changes. The date above will change with them, and continuing to use Marché after a change means you accept it.
