Privacy Policy

Marché does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, and no server of ours between you and your groceries.

What we collect

Nothing. Marché has no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter, and makes no network calls to any service we operate. We cannot see your lists, what you buy, how often you shop, or that you use the app at all.

Where your lists live

Your lists, items, quantities and shopping history are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they also sync to your own private iCloud database so they appear on your other Apple devices. That data belongs to your Apple Account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy — we have no access to it and no ability to read it.

Voice

Voice capture uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio is processed on your iPhone and is never sent to us or to Apple's servers. If on-device recognition is unavailable in your language, Marché tells you and disables the feature rather than falling back to server recognition. Nothing you say is recorded or stored after it becomes list items.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or handle your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists; it tells us nothing about you.

Children

Marché is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it. Since we collect nothing today, any change that introduced collection would be announced in the app before it took effect.
